The newly constructed hotel features modern interiors, stylish furnishings and spacious guest rooms and suites. Guests can enjoy the spectacular views of Kingswood Golf Course, which was named one of Canada’s best courses by Golf Digest. The hotel also adds ease to those traveling to the area as it is only 15 minutes from the Fredericton International Airport.

The hotel offers 121 guest rooms and suites. Pet friendly rooms are available. Guests have access to a fitness center, business center, free Wi-Fi, babysitting service and complimentary parking. Along with being located on the Kingswood Golf Course, the hotel also has an onsite entertainment center that includes bowling, laser tag and arcade games with plans to open an indoor waterpark in summer 2018. The hotel can also serve as a venue for meetings and special events. The 1,200-square-foot meeting space can accommodate up to 200 people, with two attached outdoor patios that can fit an additional 200 guests. Meeting equipment, onsite catering and an event coordinator are available.
Kingswood Bistro Brew Lounge is the hotel’s restaurant featuring a menu of bistro style Atlantic cuisine. The restaurant offers a variety of beers on tap along with its own cider called the BBL Pomegranate Cider. Each item on the menu includes a beer pairing option to accentuate the flavors of the dish.
